Window Replacement Project Supervisor
North Baltimore Public Library
The North Baltimore Public Library is seeking qualified professionals to submit their qualifications to supervise a window replacement project. This project aims to enhance the library's energy efficiency and improve its aesthetic appeal through the installation of new aluminum windows and heavy-duty aluminum entrances.
Scope of Work
Pre-Construction / Scheduling Meeting
Review of Any Shop Drawings
Review of Pay Applications, if required
Daily Site Visits while Working on Project
Reporting site visits to Director
RFI, Questions / Issues by Contractor
Follow-up / Puch List
Meeting compliance: Ensure all work adheres to relevant codes and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Background: An undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering,
construction management, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit the following:
A cover letter expressing interest in the project.
Company profile, including relevant experience and past projects.
Resumes of key personnel who will be involved in the project.
Proof of licenses and insurance.
Submission Deadline
All qualifications must be submitted by July 6th 2026, to the Director
